Trailer for luggage - recommended for over 4 passengers (charged at £5.00 each way)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The price quoted includes all of the above stated booking requirements and also includes one hour's waiting time, at the airport on your return journey, within that price.
2. Before your driver leaves to collect you on the return journey, he or she will check that your flight has not been delayed. The driver will then amend their departure time accordingly to minimise the waiting time. The 1 hour waiting time should be sufficient to enable you the customer to disembark, collect your luggage and clear customs. However, on occasions, unexpected delays occur at the airport, and we will therefore charge waiting time 1 hour after the confirmed flight arrival time, at £12.00 per hour - charged in increments of 15 minutes, plus additional car parking fees over £5.00.
3. All bookings will not be valid or confirmed until this form is completed, the box ticked and sent to the Value Cars Group. On receipt of your payment your booking will be confirmed and allocated to our drivers. We will send the customer a receipt and the allocated drivers details including mobile telephone numbers.
4. Any changes to this booking may incur extra charges to the customer and therefore it is in the customer's interest to contact the office or your driver as soon as possible.
5. If the details are incorrect and the driver has not been notified, the customer will then be liable for the cost of an additional journey to collect them from the airport.
6. All bookings must be made through the office on 0844 800 4040 and not with any drivers. Drivers are there to be contacted to make alterations to existing bookings.
